Formation and development of enterprise competencies in conditions of digitalization

The monograph reveals the theoretical provisions and current practical issues of the formation and development of the key competencies of the enterprise in the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy, reveals the essence and main aspects of digitalization, identifies the key factors affecting the digital transformation of the Ukrainian economy. An analysis of existing approaches to the formation of enterprise competencies was carried out and a model of a competent organization based on the integration of knowledge, innovations and digital technologies was developed. Special attention is paid to issues of information security and cyber risk management in the conditions of digitalization of business processes. The proposed approaches can be used to improve enterprise management systems, develop digital development strategies and form personnel potential in the conditions of the global digital economy.
